What a beautiful little bird…his/her throat color is gorgeous. I have been watching the juncos from the front window of our house. There is a permanent puddle out there (the rain has been relentless lately) and they love to bathe in it.
Huh? Our robins are so fluttering and skittish I have given up on them. For photography, at least 🙂 Have you read The Secret Garden? There’s a lovely description of robins 🙂

I think all the robins in these parts are really territorial and are squaring up for a fight!
