Spring has definitely arrived.
These photos are from a walk a few days ago in a local wood, but with the unseasonably warm weather we’ve got at the moment they seem out of date already!
There were of course lots of ladybirds!

there seems to be an inordinate amount of ladybirds this year
and quite a number of gigantic gigantic bees
for some reason i cant get into banana = egg

Same here in unusally warm and sunny Cornwall. The daffodils are looking increasingly out of place in the hot, dry weather – and racing to an early finish.
