I was going to do a ‘Colour of the week’ today but had such a ‘simply wonderful’ day yesterday I had to do that first – mainly because of this beautiful fox we saw first thing in the morning. Not a great photo, by the time I’d disentangled myself from the dogs and got my camera out it was far away already, but then it turned and stared at us (to make sure we weren’t following it I suppose) so….. Fox and Crow
Most of the day was spent outdoors enjoying the autumn sunshine (while it lasted) and playing with some of the leaves we found –

then finding some kindling in the tiny piece of woodland we live near for the tiniest but cutest woodburning stove you’ve ever seen that we have in our new shed/potting studio.
Of course today it’s cold, wet and grey, there’s shopping and chores to be done and of course walking the dogs in the pouring rain – a weekend of two halves!

I love your fox and crow picture!!
Also the leaf flower is beautiful. 🙂
