We are lucky enough to go to a Forest School (I have to tag along)

We go all weathers come rain or shine –  these photos were taken on a lovely sunny day.

The kids learn how to identify plants and animals,

Make a fire, keep it going and toast marshmallows.

Use scary looking sharp tools without maiming themselves or anybody else! to make various bits and bobs out of wood

and perhaps most importantly have a good run around and play hide and seek.
